Rates

First, you may be wondering, what is a bench fee?  A bench fee is the cost of the time that it takes to diagnose the problem with your equipment.  This can often be the most challeneging and time consuming part of your repair.  We work efficiently to determine the nature of your problem as quickly as possible!

If the repair is simple and can be diagnosed in less than 15 minutes, my bench fee is $30.  After the first 15 minutes, I charge an additional $20 in 15 minute increments up to 1 hour.  If you decided to have your repair completed with us I will waive 20% of the bench fee on your final bill.  Simply, the bench fee will range anywhere from $30-90.

I will provide an estimate for your work after I have received your item for bench inspection.  I will do my best to give a ballpark figure beforehand but the final estimate will be determined after your item has been assessed.
